Conny's Boutiquehotel has 12 nice, clean and cosey decorated rooms, which have airconditioning and a bathroom, Balcony, Minibar and a Safe (free of charge). Free WIFI ​
The Boutiquehotel is ADULTS ONLY

​The Beach is 600 meter away and the Beachbar we work with, provides a free Shuttle-service. Guests from CONNY'S have free use of Sunbeds & Parasols on the beach.​
Antique Side with its excavations is within walking distance (800 meters) and the distance to the center of Side with its shops and harbour is 1,500 meters (15 minutes walk).​
ROOMs
The hotel rooms are situated on the second and the third floor. Every floor has 6 rooms. Rooms at the back have Pool view. In the front: Garden & Hotel view. The rooms are nicely decorated and have their own Air-conditioning / Heater, Safe and Minibar (extra). We offer our guests Coffee & Tea facilities, beach towel, bathrobe and slippers.
On the Ground floor you will find the Bar and the Swimming pool
On the first Floor the Restaurant is situated, where we also serve the Breakfast.
Breakfast is served at 08:30 am until 12:00 am

Welcome to Side
Side is an ideal place for excursions and sightseeing. Centrally located amidst the historic excavations. For years, UNESCO has invested in the new plan to transform Side back to the way the place was created years ago, namely:
Originally a Greek Turkish exchange project
Since the 1960s there has been an exchange with Crete (Greece). Populations of both areas could move freely within the allowed areas and that has led to many Greek influences in Side, which are characterized in the construction of houses, but also in the current culture.
